Very informative. Bidens pardon does not protect the general from U MJ charges ? If not then recall him to active duty, open court martial procedures. give him the maximum penalty possible. There are many officers that were punished severely for just one of the listed potential UCMJ violations the general could face.

Executive clemency protects Milley from a court-martial. However, I wonder if he is still exposed to non-judicial punishment (Article 15 hearing in the Army). In that case, he could be recalled to active duty, undergo an Article 15 hearing, and the convening officer could take action (possible reduction in rank and fine).

Mark thanks for the info update. What troubles me most are his calls to the Chinese government. He did this without consulting with sec of defense or authorization from any one. He is an Advisor and has no authority to speak to or "advise" foreign officials without permission. He can still have his security clearance revoked.
